Friends and admirers of Kobe Bryant remember and pay their respects to the late basketball legend. On Sunday, January 26th, Kobe Bryant and his daughter, Gianna, were among several who lost their lives in a deadly helicopter crash in Calabasas, California. Bryant was on the way to the Mamba Sports Academy at the time of the accident. Bryant was 41 years old, and is survived by his wife Vanessa, and three daughters.

Former United States President Barack Obama offered his love and prayers to Bryant’s family on Twitter, among many others. Also on Twitter, Shaquille O’Neil shared pictures of himself and Bryant taken together throughout the years, and expressed his sorrow over the loss. Shaq and Bryant were longtime Lakers teammates. Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman also shared a photo of himself with Bryant, expressing his shock at the tragedy, among the many, many others, some of which are included below:

Many others have gone on Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms to express their sorrow, their memories, and their love for the late basketball legend. There has also been an outpouring of thoughts and prayers from fans, all of them honoring the life and legacy of Kobe Bryant.
