“#The Avalanches and Leon Bridges Share New Song: Listen<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

The Avalanches have shared another single from their forthcoming album We Will Always Love You<\/em>. \u201cInterstellar Love\u201d\u2014inspired by the love affair between Ann Druyan and Carl Sagan\u2014features Leon Bridges. It also includes a sample from the Alan Parsons Project\u2019s \u201cEye in the Sky.\u201d Hear the song below.<\/p>\n

\u201cLeon is an incredible singer, with just the most beautiful voice,\u201d the Avalanches\u2019 Robbie Chater said in a press release. \u201cHe\u2019s from Texas but we both happ<\/a>ened to be in L.A. at the same time, which was lucky as he was on my all-time wish list. When we were in the studio, I told him the story about Ann Druyan and Carl Sagan and how her lovestruck brain waves were sent out into space on the Voyager\u2019s Golden Record. And this song came out of that.\u201d<\/p>\n

We Will Always Love You<\/em> arrives December 11 via Astralwerks<\/a>. It follows the duo\u2019s 2016 LP Wildflower<\/em>. The Avalanches have shared a number of singles in recent months, including \u201cMusic Makes Me High,\u201d \u201cTake Care in Your Dreaming,\u201d and \u201cWherever You Go.\u201d<\/p>\n
