We already knew that\u00a0<em>Supernatural\u2019s\u00a0<\/em>Jared Padalecki is taking on the title character, while\u00a0<em>The 100\u00a0<\/em>alum Lindsey Morgan will be playing his partner. Meanwhile, Genevieve Padalecki is going to be playing the part of Walker\u2019s late wife Emily in flashbacks.<\/p>\n<p>Now, we\u2019re getting the sense that a former\u00a0<em>Supergirl\u00a0<\/em>star is entering the mix! According to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ew.com\/tv\/odette-annable-joins-jared-padalecki-cw-walker\/\">Entertainment Weekly<\/a>, Odette Annable (who played Samantha Arias a.k.a. Reign on the superhero series) is going to recur on\u00a0<em>Walker\u00a0<\/em>as Geri, a bartender at a local par named the Side Step. According to the official character de<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">script<\/a>ion, she is \u201can old friend of Walker and his late wife, Emily, who hasn\u2019t seen Walker since Emily\u2019s funeral. It\u2019s clear that she and Walker have a history \u2014 a friendship and a shared tragedy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s good that Walker has a potential confidante here \u2026 if that is who she turns out to be. It\u2019s hard to make judgments on the character without seeing her \u2014 or without even seeing the show in its entirety. The only thing that we\u2019ve got confidence on at the moment is that we\u2019re gearing up for what should hopefully be a fun and super-exciting series that allows Jared to be both an action hero and a mystery-solver in his own unique way. We\u2019ve known him for so long as Sam Winchester, but we\u2019re excited to see him in a different environment with a show that had a huge following during its own run.<\/p>\n<p>We know that we\u2019ll be seeing\u00a0<em>Walker\u00a0<\/em>early next year \u2014 alongside\u00a0<em>Superman &amp; Lois,\u00a0<\/em>it is the most-touted of any of the CW\u2019s new series over the course of the next year.
