Beyond Inc.<br \/>\n        BBBY,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/209801102\/composite\" class=\"negative\">-3.55%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       laid out a detailed transformation plan during its Wednesday investor day presentation and now analysts have turned their focus toward execution.<\/p>\n<p> The strategy includes the launch of more than 10 owned<br \/>\nbrands over the next 18 months, rethinking the promotional offer, store<br \/>\nredesigns and more.<\/p>\n<div class=\"paywall\">\n       The Bed Bath &amp; Beyond transformation began almost im<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>tely after Mark Tritton was named chief executive a year ago. <\/p>\n<p>Now, the company says it has momentum, as evidenced by the second-quarter earnings beat and the mid-single-digit comp sales growth in September and October.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe team is working in a completely different way from the past,\u201d said Gustavo Arnal, Bed Bath &amp; Beyond\u2019s chief financial officer, in a discussion with MarketWatch after the investor event. \u201cIt\u2019s a work in progress, indeed a transformation. We\u2019ve accelerated that transformation. And we\u2019re starting from position of strength.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>See:<\/strong> Bed Bath &amp; Beyond turnaround under way but analysts say outside forces are also giving the company a boost <\/p>\n<p>Data collection and use is a key component of the<br \/>\ntransformation. Bed Bath &amp; Beyond has found that 35% of shoppers walk away purchasing<br \/>\njust a single item, for example. And the company discovered that, after<br \/>\nevaluating almost 300 million promotions, about 40% of them were \u201cineffective,\u201d<br \/>\nfailing to drive incremental sales.<\/p>\n<p>The company says it is addressing these issues with a new <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>roach to pricing and communications that emphasizes transparency as well as value.<\/p>\n<p>All the while, the company is focused on \u201cfinancial<br \/>\nresiliency,\u201d Arnal says, highlighting the $2 billion in liquidity the company<br \/>\nhad at the end of the most recent quarter.<\/p>\n<div id=\"cx-membership-tile\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cWe have a financial fortress to invest in the business and<br \/>\nstill be protected,\u201d he told MarketWatch.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve laid out the road map and it couldn\u2019t be clearer.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Analysts are ready for results.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Also:<\/strong> Another round of stimulus checks could help boost U.S. online holiday sales by $11 billion, Adobe says <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn our view, it is clear the new management team understands the issues within the business and has a coherent strategy to address each one of these issues, which should translate in sales and Ebitda growth,\u201d wrote Raymond James analysts led by Bobby Griffin.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGiven that Bed Bath &amp; Beyond is still clearly a \u2018show me\u2019 story, we are admittedly going to be less patient with our rating if we are not seeing progress in the results.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Raymond James highlighted Bed Bath &amp; Beyond\u2019s stock move, with shares nearly doubling, up 83.5% over the past three months.
