Exactly 12 years ago, Satoshi Nakamoto published what some have described as\u00a0\u201ca new bible\u201d \u2014 <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/nakamotoinstitute.org\/bitcoin\/\">Bitcoin\u2019s white paper<\/a>.
