The deluxe 7&#8243; box set\u2014titled <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external-link\" data-event-click='{\"element\":\"ExternalLink\",\"outgoingURL\":\"https:\/\/orcd.co\/welcome2detroit\/\"}' href=\"https:\/\/orcd.co\/welcome2detroit\/\"><em>Welcome 2 Detroit &#8211; The 20th Anniversary Edition<\/em><\/a>\u2014 arrives February 5, 2021 (via BBE Music). The new set includes a remastered version of the original album, plus instrumentals, alternate mixes, studio outtakes, demos, and a book\u00a0about the making of the album.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, Dilla\u2019s mother, Ma Dukes, said:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"blockquote-embed blockquote-embed--has-top-border\">\n<div class=\"blockquote-embed__content\">\n<p>I\u2019m real h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>y that <em>Welcome 2 Detroit<\/em> was done by BBE. Because I don\u2019t think another label would have helped him embrace his full creativity and given him the control to make it a piece of who he was! Because of BBE he was able to pour more of himself into it, into every bit of music on this album. His spirit lives in <em>Welcome 2 Detroit<\/em>. It\u2019s him!
