Tesla is meant to connect customers with a third party company that can safely dispose of the damaged battery pack. However, as <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.inputmag.com\/tech\/germany-hit-tesla-with-a-14-million-fine-for-its-battery-recycling-practices\">Input reports<\/a>, it has failed to do this in a reasonable time frame.<\/p>\n<p>Tesla has denied the allegations and said in the filing that it has followed required processes.
