We\u2019ll be the first to admit that we were hoping for some <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> to pop out of nowhere today. After all, this is when Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish released their book\u00a0<em>Clanlands\u00a0<\/em>about their <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">travel<\/a> adventures in Scotland!<\/p>\n<p>Alas, there is no official news from Starz at present, and there is no clear timetable as to when more information will come out. With that being said, though, it does seem like there\u2019s a broad timeframe to expect the show on the air \u2014 at some point in 2021. In a new post on <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SamHeughan\/status\/1323693951669411842\">Twitter<\/a> as a part of his\u00a0<em>Clanlands\u00a0<\/em>Q&amp;A session, Sam expressed his hope that the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> could premiere at some point next year \u2014 note that it is really the network that has the final say on such things, so there is only so much Sam and Graham can control. We\u2019re sure that Starz is trying to stretch out programming as much as it can, given that <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">script<\/a>ed shows are only just starting to film again after being shut down for months. (Sam\u2019s primary gig in\u00a0<em>Outlander\u00a0<\/em>may not begin filming until next year.)<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Sam also noted in the Q&amp;A that he and Graham \u201cmay have plans\u201d for a season 2 of\u00a0<em>Men in Kilts\u00a0<\/em>down the road \u2014 which is nice to know in terms of realizing that this isn\u2019t just a one-shot series. Once again, though, that decision will come down to executives. Season 1 has to come out first, and from there we\u2019ll have to see what the ratings are. We do think it\u2019s a smart addition to the Starz lineup, given that it may convince\u00a0<em>Outlander\u00a0<\/em>viewers to stick with their subscription for a larger percentage of the year.
