Grimes app<\/a>eared on the latest episode of The Eric Andre Show<\/em><\/a> on Adult Swim. In the segment, titled \u201cGrimes and Punishment,\u201d she\u2019s tickled with a feather, subjected to melted candle wax, and \u201ccheeseboarded\u201d with liquid cheese by Kraft Punk. In an interview with Complex<\/a>, Andre explained that he invited her on the show after she noted the lack of female musical guests. \u201cI explained to her, it\u2019s because we always torture the musical guest,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019m always beating them with bats or electrocuting them, so it\u2019s not a good look if I\u2019m like torturing a woman. And she goes, \u2018Yeah, that makes sense but I wanna do the show. Fuck it, you can torture me!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Later, he learned that Grimes was pregnant when the segment was filmed. \u201cI was like, \u2018You just talked me into torturing a pregnant woman,\u2019\u201d he said. \u201cAnd she was like, \u2018Yeah, but it was fucking awesome!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
