Almost six hours ago, Cyberpunk 2077 shared another image addressing an indefinite delay for the game<\/a>. This comes after the company reconfirmed the December 10 release date. So, is the news<\/a> true.<\/p>\n

The sweet and short answer is NO.<\/strong> That\u2019s fake news. Cyberpunk 2077 has not been delayed indefinitely.

At least, till now.<\/p>\n

UPDATE:\u00a0<\/strong>Twitter<\/a> suspended the fake account.<\/p>\n

The image that\u2019s circulating online comes from an unofficial Cyberpunk 2077 account. The owner of the account has done a great job at faking the statement picture, the username, and the profile picture.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a fake account\u00a0<\/em>with a symbol that many could mistake for the \u201cVerified\u201d symbol. The news, however, is fake.<\/p>\n

Now many would find this a terrible joke well done, but the masses might get confused with this. Hence, we\u2019re stating the obvious, once again,\u00a0it\u2019s fake.<\/em><\/p>\n

At the time of writing this, the picture has 11.2K likes and 2.2K retweets, meaning this is being shared massively. So, check your facts and wait for December.<\/p>\n
