\n Tom Brady\u2019s coaches have coronavirus.<\/p>\n

A Buccaneers assistant has tested positive for COVID-19 and two other Tampa Bay assistants have been quarantined, according to ESPN. The coach who tested positive is asymptomatic.<\/p>\n

Brady, 42, left the Patriots this offseason and signed a fully guaranteed two-year, $50 million deal with Tampa Bay. The Buccaneers, who also signed former Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski, reopened their team facility on June 11, but it\u2019s unclear if Brady has spent any time there yet.<\/p>\n

The report comes when there is some uneasiness growing among NFL coaches about the league\u2019s coronavirus protocol. Rams coach Sean McVay expressed his app<\/a>rehensiveness during a Zoom call Thursday to announce the new season of the HBO reality series<\/a> \u201cHard Knocks\u201d that will chronicle the Rams and Chargers during training camp.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is a bit mind-numbing,\u201d McVay said. \u201cWe\u2019re sitting here talking about handless doors? We\u2019re going to social<\/a> distance, but we\u2019re playing football? I don\u2019t get it!\u201d<\/p>\n

Also, Dr. Anthony Fauci \u2014 Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases \u2014 told CNN on Thursday that he\u2019s doubtful the league can play a traditional season in home stadiums and that the NFL likely will need to adopt a model closer to the NBA\u2019s bubble plan at Disney World in Orlando.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
