\n A Russian supermodel filed a $20 million lawsuit on Monday against Ralph Lauren Corp. and HBO in New York Supreme Court for unauthorized use of her photos.<\/p>\n

Anastassia Khozissova<\/a>, the ex-girlfriend of Oscar Pistorius, alleged in 2004 that Ralph Lauren himself app<\/a>roached her to be a muse for a number of his collections\u2014including the highly-desired book, \u201cDiary of a Collection,\u201d which features \u201cintimate and breathtaking photographs.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMs. Khozissova\u2019s beauty is only matched by her tremendous talent,\u201d said Michel Botbol, Senior Vice-President and Creative Director for Ralph Lauren Corp.\u2019s Womenwear, at the time.<\/p>\n

In 2014, the model discovered \u201can elaborate fraud scheme within Ralph Lauren Corp.\u201d which resulted in her ouster at the company. As a result, she has \u201csuffered severely, including loss of sleep, lack of ambition, and a severe career crisis,\u201d the lawsuit alleges.<\/p>\n

Ralph Lauren continues to use Khozissova\u2019s photos and she was featured in HBO\u2019s documentary \u201cVery Ralph,\u201d which airs on streaming services and the internet.<\/p>\n

Her photographs can be seen at the Ralph Lauren store in Moscow and the Polo Bar 1 on the Upper East Side.<\/p>\n

The model, who has not been compensated, says Ralph Lauren Corp. and HBO used her photographs, image, film and other likeness without her written consent.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
