That means we\u2019ve got 80\u201390% upside from here, which is insane, right because there\u2019s not that many more months between now and Christmas,\u201d Pysh said during an episode of the company\u2019s Swan Signal podcast. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cSo to think that that much of a jump could occur between now and then is going to be a dramatic, dramatic narrative that I think very few are ready for.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>He added that gold would fail to match \u201canything like\u201d Bitcoin\u2019s growth, something that has since come true as the precious metal flagged following the United States persidential elections.<\/p>\n<p>BTC\/USD hit highs of $18,400 overnight on Tuesday, c<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ing an extraordinary 24 hours that saw gains hit 10%. The performance accompanied new all-time highs for Bitcoin\u2019s market cap. <\/p>\n<p>Pysh himself was already in the spotlight thanks to a <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PrestonPysh\/status\/1327103306775359488\">Twitter discussion<\/a> in which he highlighted common fallacies about Bitcoin and its security. This week, he <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PrestonPysh\/status\/1328922671724318721\">recalled<\/a> another statement from August, in which he endorsed the projections of quantitativ analyst PlanB\u2019s stock-to-flow price forecasting model.<\/p>\n<p>As PlanB himself <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/100trillionUSD\/status\/1328669789322158082\">continues to note<\/a>, Bitcoin is behaving exactly in line with expectations following the start of its third halving cycle in May this year. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2020-11\/a8fb2c5c-ce0c-45de-b3e8-497d9eb9ee69.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><figcaption style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Preston Pysh\u2019s Bitcoin price chart showing stock-to-flow growth potential.
