\n The Brooklyn woman who was pushed in front of a train in Union Square said she has no memory of the horrifying attack.<\/p>\n

Liliana Sagbaicela, 40, was shoved in front of an oncoming 5 train by a stranger on her way to a cleaning job at 8:30 a.m. Thursday. She told 1010 WINS<\/a> she is lucky to be alive, and has much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat I remember, when I arrived there, I wanted to listen to my Bible, so I put it on this one, and it\u2019s the last thing that I remember,\u201d Sagbaicela said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t know what happ<\/a>ened. When I was in the hospital, I wake up, I opened my eyes and said, \u2018What happened?\u2019 I think I was dreaming, because I didn\u2019t have an idea,\u201d she said. \u201cLater, they cut my clothes. Later, I say, \u2018What happened?\u2019 \u2026 \u2018You had accident.’\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI saw in the video, the man \u2014 oh my, God, I can\u2019t believe it,\u201d an emotional Sagbaicela said. \u201cIs this happening? Now I understand why everybody and the police say to me, \u2018You are alive for the miracles. You are a miracle.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sagbaicela landed right in the roadbed between the rails, and was relatively unscathed by the two train cars that passed over her a split second later. She is at home recovering with her husband and two daughters.<\/p>\n

Suspect Aditya Vemulapati, 24, who police say is homeless, is being held without bail on charges of attempted murder and assault. Officers told Sagbaicela she still has to formally file a complaint against the suspect, even though she is scared to take the subway.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe one thing [the detective] told me \u2014 he has the reason \u2014 if you didn\u2019t put the charge, he\u2019s going to do it again. Because we got to let him free, he\u2019s going to do it to somebody,\u201d Sagbaicela said.<\/p>\n

The Thursday morning attack came two hours after a panhandler allegedly shoved a man onto the tracks at the Bryant Park station when the victim refused to give him money.<\/p>\n

Police say that suspect, 23-year-old Justin Pena, has a history of violently attacking straphangers.<\/p>\n
