Gustave Perna.<\/p>\n<p>It is in doubt because of politically motivated scaremongering from Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and cronies such as Andrew Cuomo, who have done their best to shake faith in the vaccines, in order to diminish what may be President Trump\u2019s greatest success.<\/p>\n<p>This is despicably petty when we face the prospect of more than 1,000 people dying every day as the pandemic reignites.<\/p>\n<p>Biden stooped last week to using the vaccine as a cudgel to force the Trump administration into expediting his transition.<\/p>\n<p>He made the baseless claim that \u201cmore people may die\u201d from the coronavirus if Trump doesn\u2019t im<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>tely involve the Biden transition team in vaccine distribution plans.<\/p>\n<p>That empty threat will not engender confidence among the most vulnerable Americans and frontline workers first in line for the vaccine on December 11th or 12th, which will be 24 hours after the FDA presumably authorizes Pfizer\u2019s vaccine for emergency use.<\/p>\n<p>During the campaign, Biden and Harris repeatedly cast doubt on the safety of any vaccine rolled out under Trump: \u201cI would not take his word for it,\u201d said Harris.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t trust Donald Trump\u201d said Biden, claiming that \u201ca mask remains a more potent weapon against the virus than the vaccine.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s not <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/sciencee\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"5\" title=\"Science\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">science<\/a>, but political mischief.<\/p>\n<p>Cuomo described the vaccine breakthrough as \u201cbad <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a>\u201d and wanted to con<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">script<\/a> other governors into a plot to \u201cshape,\u201d as in obstruct, any vaccine rollout until Biden is installed Jan. 20.<\/p>\n<p>The governor was at it again yesterday, throwing shade on the timing of the vaccine rollout: \u201cPeople say, \u2018Don\u2019t worry, there\u2019s a vaccine. I will wager you dollars for doughnuts it\u2019s six months at a minimum.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>You would think that our leaders, whatever their political party, would pull together to end the pandemic as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n<p>What is their motivation to keep us in misery? What drives their desire to keep children out of public schools, prolong the lockdown, ensure the failure of small businesses and the destruction of the middle class?<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s as if they can\u2019t bear to relinquish the power they wield over our lives.<\/p>\n<p>To get out of their clutches, we need public confidence in the vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Anthony Fauci didn\u2019t mention Democrat leaders last week when he pushed back against claims corners were cut, but his intent was clear: to \u201cput to rest any concept that this was rushed in an inappropriate way. This is really solid.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dr Slaoui, reputedly the world\u2019s most successful vaccine developer, went further: \u201cI have to say the operation has operated in full speed, based on science, focusing on patients and people\u2019s need, no political interference, no bureaucracy, no red tape.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s been just an incredible visionary approach to put together science and the Department of Defense and industry in an incredible partnership, frankly. It\u2019s been exceptional.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Operation Warp Speed should fill us with pride about American prowess and ingenuity. It is a showcase of our scientific, military and industrial might.<\/p>\n<p>At a time of national angst, it is a reminder of what makes America great.<\/p>\n<p>President Trump\u2019s determination to cut through red tape and push solutions in what his aides call \u201cTrump time\u201d was the driving force. Perna, the New Jersey-born four-star general who has spent his career in charge of military supply lines, was running logistics, and you couldn\u2019t imagine anyone more competent.<\/p>\n<p>Planning \u201cto save lives\u201d began on May 15, \u201cnot the last two weeks,\u201d he said, in a pointed rebuke to the naysayers. \u201cIt wasn\u2019t about egos and credit but how do we solve this complex problem.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to taxpayer dollars, clinical trials were much larger than required for FDA approval. Slaoui says that means our understanding of the short-term safety of the vaccines is \u201cbetter than what we usually have\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>We don\u2019t yet have data on long-term risk, but we know how every other vaccine has worked for the last 40 years, and \u201c90 to 95 percent of all serious adverse events happen within 40 days\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The FDA\u2019s requirement for a 60-day observation period has seen no serious problems with the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, we can have faith that the vaccines are as safe as any other we routinely take.<\/p>\n<p>The heroes behind Operation Warp Speed will never receive the credit they deserve under a vindictive Biden administration seeking to destroy Trump\u2019s legacy.<\/p>\n<p>The president\u2019s biggest mistake was not to allow the calm, reassuring Pence to front coronavirus briefings through spring while he took credit as delegator-in-chief.<\/p>\n<p>Without his personality clouding the success of his policies, he might have won the election with a margin big enough to overwhelm any fraud or irregularities.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_lefts_epic_takedown_plot\"><\/span>The left\u2019s epic\u00a0takedown plot<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Don\u2019t be fooled by Joe Biden\u2019s happy talk about unity. The corrupt establishment he represents will not be content until it has stomped Donald Trump into the dirt, sued him, prosecuted him, jailed him, trashed his legacy and, most importantly, has brought to heel the 75 million free-thinking Americans who voted for him.<\/p>\n<p>The effort to cancel Trumpism will be a very deliberate and targeted campaign, from Harvard students banning Trump administration officials from entering campus to the intimidation and \u201cdoxxing\u201d of Trump campaign lawyers and Republican vote canvassers.<\/p>\n<p>When New Jersey Democratic Rep. Bill Pascrell calls for Trump and his \u201cenablers\u201d to \u201cbe tried for their crimes against our nation\u201d it is no accident he sounds like a Maoist fanatic. As does Jerry Saltz, New York magazine\u2019s art critic, who tweeted: \u201cRepublicanism is a social problem. \u2026 it has to be isolated and snuffed-out by repressing it in about 70% of the general population.\u201d This is what they believe.<\/p>\n<p>When Democratic National Committee member David Atkins tweets, \u201cSeriously, how do you deprogram 75 million people?\u201d it\u2019s not a throwaway line.
