For the second time after a Tampa Bay Buccaneers loss this season, Brady walked off the field Monday night without fulfilling the custom of shaking the opposing quarterback\u2019s hand. Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jared Goff, who outplayed Brady in the head-to-head win, was looking around the midfield scrum for Brady and seemed confused not to see him.<\/p>\n

Two strikes and you are out, some say.<\/p>\n

\u201cI guess Brady doesn\u2019t know Goff well enough to shake his hand after losing,\u201d NFL Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe wrote on Twitter<\/a>. \u201cYet, he knows every qb after he wins. Brady is full of what the elephant left on the show ground. His attitude is bulljive and it\u2019s time to call his A\u2013 out on it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brady also walked off on Chicago Bears quarterback Nick Foles earlier this season. Coincidentally (or not), Brady has faced both quarterbacks in Super Bowls, beating Goff\u2019s Rams and losing to Foles\u2019 Eagles.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a bad look for Brady, it\u2019s a bad look for the Bucs, it\u2019s a bad look for the league,\u201d co-host Kyle Brandt said on NFL Network\u2019s \u201cGood Morning Football.\u201d \u201cI\u2019m never going to be the guy who is like, \u2018What are we supposed to tell our kids?\u2019 No, we know what to tell our kids: We point at that and say, \u2018It\u2019s bush league. Don\u2019t do that.\u2019 Sit there next to your son and be like, \u2018See what Tom Brady is doing it? Never do that.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Brady threw a couple of costly interceptions, including one to thwart a comeback in the 27-24 defeat.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe said afterward he is \u2018disapp<\/a>ointed,\u2019\u201d Brandt said. \u201cWell, so is every quarterback who lost to you and came and shook your hand. That\u2019s part of the game<\/a>.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Brandt compared it to how Babe Ruth used to only jog to first base after hitting home runs late in his career. A runner would make the rest of the trip<\/a> around the bases. He called out Brady\u2019s lame excuse earlier this season that he shakes hands when he has a personal relationship with the other quarterback.<\/p>\n

\u201cDude, you had an extended tender moment with 22-year-old [Los Angeles Chargers quarterback] Justin Herbert after you beat him,\u201d Brandt said. \u201cHe has now left two guys hanging that he played in the Super Bowl. Two guys after losses. If this was someone who was more polarizing \u2013 if Baker Mayfield pulled that or if Cam Newton pulled that \u2013 they would be annihilated in the opening segment of every radio show and every TV show in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brandt called for the media<\/a> to ask Brady why he left Goff lingering and took a dig at the Buccaneers\u2019 Super Bowl hopes all at once.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s not above that,\u201d Brandt said. \u201cI don\u2019t care what he\u2019s accomplished. He should be obligated to answer the question about why he did that. Because the way this is going, it\u2019s going to happen after a playoff game. And from what I\u2019ve seen lately, it\u2019s going to be in the first round.\u201d\n <\/p><\/div>\n
