Many people start their first <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a>, make some tools, and dig straight down because, \u201cwhy not?\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Well, when mining straight down you\u2019ll hit underground tunnels or giant cave with a ravine. Of course, there\u2019s a nice pit lava waiting at the bottom too. <\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_can_you_mine_safely\"><\/span>How can you mine safely?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Dig in a tight spiral (3\u00d73 area, leaving the middle block continuous) until you get to the depth you need. This allows you to mine a block ahead of you each time you make a new \u201cstep\u201d down, thus avoiding falling into a chasm or lava. <\/p>\n<p>Since you don\u2019t ever leave the original 3\u00d73 area while going down, you\u2019re less likely to hit nasty stuff.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_One_Way_At_A_Time\"><\/span>2. One Way At A Time<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Try your best to stick to cardinal directions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>North<\/li>\n<li>East<\/li>\n<li>South<\/li>\n<li>West<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Going every direction you want may lead you down a path that you don\u2019t recognize. Making it impossible for you to find your way home.<\/p>\n<p>Only walk\/swim\/fly\/row\/ride <em>in one of the four main directions<\/em>. Then, it\u2019s much more difficult for you to get lost. You should also use natural identifiers like rivers, coastlines, and biomes to identify where you\u2019re at and how to get back from that point. <\/p>\n<p>One easy idea is to place down a torch often, so you can find your way back home when night falls.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Night_In_The_Desert\"><\/span>3. Night In The Desert<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The desert doesn\u2019t offer you much protection from the elements, and by \u201celements\u201d we mean hordes of mobs. You can\u2019t really hide in the ground when you\u2019re using sand as your materials. They\u2019ll end up falling on your head.<\/p>\n<p>If you need a safe place to stay in a desert biome, gather a bunch of cactus. At night surround yourself with a double staggered row of cacti 2+ blocks high. Most mobs can\u2019t see you and zombies and phantoms will damage themselves trying to get at you. <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Tree%E2%80%9Dhouse%E2%80%9D\"><\/span>4. Tree\u201dhouse\u201d<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Do you need a safe place in woodland, swamp, or jungle biome? <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Climb a tree.<\/li>\n<li>Hollow out the leaves down to the trunk (leaving the outside leaves untouched).<\/li>\n<li>Place a torch on the tree trunk.<\/li>\n<li>Plop down two blocks of wood adjacent to the trunk.<\/li>\n<li>Place your bed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you can find a tree that\u2019s low to the ground (1 block or less), you could also dig a shallow pit underneath it, jump in, and use the soil you excavated to close off the gap. Mobs will never know you\u2019re there.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Trench_The_Village\"><\/span>5. Trench The Village<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The quickest, easiest way to defend a village from illagers is to make a bunch of shovels and surround it with a 1\u00d72 dry moat. The evil illagers will fall in and get stuck trying to get to your poor idiot villagers. <\/p>\n<p>Use the dirt you dug out to place a 1\u00d72 wall on your side of the trench to keep your dumb villagers from falling in the same trench. Finally, pour your favorite bucket of lava in the trench. It isn\u2019t the most effective way to dispose of them, but it sure is entertaining to watch.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Minecraft_Bunker\"><\/span>6. Minecraft Bunker<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>On flat ground, build a minimum 3\u00d73 pillbox that is just 1 block deep (with a roof of course) and windows 1\/2 block above ground level. This small bunker enables you to then snipe or melee attack nearby mobs from a relatively safe distance. <\/p>\n<p>Of course, this isn\u2019t a full-proof defense for creepers, and they\u2019ll end up demolishing your base. You can take the trench idea and dig it much deeper around your pillbox bunker. Then, enjoy watching the boom boom monsters fall in your trap.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_For_The_In-Game_Writer\"><\/span>7. For The In-Game Writer<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Make a book as soon as you can. You can use it to keep notes of things you need to do or want to explore later on.
