As for the reason why, it has a lot to do with the fact that Fox is programming instead a Thanksgiving special tomorrow! Clearly, the network thinks that there is a hole in the turkey-day market that it can try to exploit, given that a lot of family will be together and there may not be a whole lot else to do. (Of course, there is still some substantial competition out there in the way of NFL football, though we\u2019re not sure that\u00a0<em>The Masked Singer\u00a0<\/em>is thinking a lot about that or caring.)<\/p>\n<p>Of course, we don\u2019t think that the Thanksgiving episode will be fundamentally different from any other one that you end up seeing. The focus will be on the masked superstars trying to impress the judges, who continue to do what they can to figure them out.
