\n A 35-year-old man was shot to death Saturday morning in Brooklyn, police said.<\/p>\n

The unidentified victim was shot once in the neck outside 334 Milford St. in East New York at 11:09 a.m. by an unknown assailant, authorities said.<\/p>\n

Paramedics rushed the man to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 11:27 a.m., police said.<\/p>\n

Prior to the killing, at\u00a0least 17 people were injured in a dozen unrelated shootings across the city overnight.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
