The latest losses continue a downtrend, which began overnight on Wednesday, shortly after Bitcoin hit highs of just below $19,500.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2020-11\/a48a3362-9295-4083-9814-b8d7aa02edf1.png\"><figcaption style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>BTC\/USD 8-month daily chart. Ki Young Ju, founder of on-chain analytics service CryptoQuant, highlighted increased outflow activity from OKEx to both wallets and other exchanges<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBTC flows from OKEx to all other exchanges hit 493 BTC at that time,\u201d he <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ki_young_ju\/status\/1331880928537235456?s=20\">wrote<\/a> in his latest <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a> update. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c83% of total outflows went to non-exchange wallets like custody. It could be a bullish signal in the long-term.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Warnings_over_US_regulation\"><\/span>Warnings over US regulation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Additional bearish fuel came from Brian Armstrong, CEO of Coinbase, who <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/brian_armstrong\/status\/1331744884856741888\">commented<\/a> on recent rumors that the United States plans to introduce new regulation governing self-hosted cryptocurrency wallets.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf this crypto regulation comes out, it would be a terrible legacy and have long standing negative impacts for the U.S. In the early days of the internet there were people who called for it to be regulated like the phone companies.
