Famitsu<\/a> has published its estimated physical game<\/a> software and hardware sales data for Japan for the week of November 16, 2020 to November 22, 2020. <\/span><\/p>\n

Momotaro Dentetsu: Showa, Heisei, Reiwa mo Teiban!<\/em> for Switch was the highest selling new release of the week, opening at 345,697 retail copies sold. Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity<\/em> for Switch followed at 173,215 copies sold.<\/p>\n

On the hardware side, the launch of a new Momotaro Dentetsu<\/em> game and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity<\/em> boosted the Switch family\u2019s regularly high sales even higher to 179,143 units. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series<\/a> hardware, which continue to face stock shortages in Japan, moved a respective 42,891 and 3,684 additional units in their second week.<\/p>\n
