After Toei Animation released<\/span><\/a> the first trailer for the upcoming World Trigger<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/a> season 2 TV anime on November 28, a new key visual for the series<\/a> was unveiled<\/span><\/a>. The new season, which continues to adapt the manga series by Daisuke Ashihara<\/strong>, is scheduled to premiere on January 9 in Japan.<\/p>\n

Morio Hatano<\/strong> (Dragon Ball Super<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/a> 'Future Trunks saga'<\/em>) will be taking over from Kouji Ogawa<\/strong> as the series director, who said that they're "taking great pleasure"<\/em> in animating World Trigger<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/a>. Hiroyuki Yoshino<\/strong> returns as the series composition writer after working on the first 48 episodes of the original series with Kenji Kawai<\/strong> also returning to do the music for the series. Toshihisa Kaiya<\/strong> was already confirmed to be the character designer.<\/p>\n
