\nChrissy Teigen<\/strong> is finding the strength to carry on.<\/p>\n

The swimsuit model took to her Instagram Stories<\/strong> on her birthday \u2014 Monday, November 30 \u2014 to reveal she had taken a shower for the first time since her tragic pregnancy loss back in September.<\/p>\n

Recording a video after the fact while wearing a robe and towel on her head, the Cravings<\/em> author explained she wanted to celebrate her 35th year with her \u201cfirst shower in two months,\u201d sharing:<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2018ve been taking baths because I couldn\u2019t stand to be in the shower. I couldn\u2019t, like, physically stand in the shower. I feel really, really good\u2026 I feel very clear and very good.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Great to hear!<\/p>\n

The Bring the Funny<\/em> judge went on to thank users for their birthday wishes. She continued:<\/p>\n

\u201cAlso, you guys have no idea and I cannot wait to tell you one day. I realize that just left you supremely hanging. I\u2019m sorry. I just mean it\u2019s been a ride. It has been a journey, and I\u2019m happ<\/a>y to be back again.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

As you may know, Teigen \u2014 who shares 4-year-old daughter Luna<\/strong> and 2-year-old son Miles<\/strong> with hubby John<\/strong> Legend<\/b> \u2014 has been slowly resurfacing on social media<\/a> in the months since the loss of her pregnancy with baby Jack<\/strong> due to placenta abruption.<\/p>\n

At the time she made the announcement, the Lip Sync Battle<\/i> co-host shared intimate hospital photos with her late son, writing:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we\u2019ve never felt before. We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn\u2019t enough\u2026 I\u2019m so sorry that the first few moments of your life were met with so many complications, that we couldn\u2019t give you the home you needed to survive. We will always love you.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Last week, the star opened up about the aftermath of the tragedy in a joint interview with John, telling GMA<\/em>:<\/p>\n

\u201cI definitely give myself permission to have complete and utter grief. Every day is so different. So when people ask me how I\u2019m doing, I always say, \u2018I\u2019m OK today.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

We applaud Chrissy for being so open and honest during such a traumatic time in her life. Take it one day at a time, girl!<\/p>\n
