A passenger of a stolen car tried to make a clean getaway \u2013 but he ended up \u201cneck-deep\u201d in a pit of manure, Sussex police in the UK said on Facebook<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThanks to determined officers\u00a0a rescue ensued, and they all ended up safe, but covered in cow poo,\u201d the department added, along with a poop emoji.<\/p>\n

Making matters worse for the hapless man, his feculent pants were pulled down a little during his escapade, partially revealing his underwear as he stood cuffed in front of an officer.<\/p>\n

Facebook<\/a> users continued to dump on the man after his embarrassing predicament.<\/p>\n

\u201cDidn\u2019t come up smelling of Roses then,\u201d one wrote.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell dung,\u201d another said to the cops who took no crap.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
