Like father, like son. <\/p>\n

Grimes, 32, has shared a rare photo of X \u00c6 A-Xii, her son with Elon Musk<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In a now-expired image in the Canadian musician\u2019s Instagram Story this week, X \u00c6 A-Xii is shown reading a children\u2019s book about space. In the shot \u2014 which shows the back of the 7-month-old\u2019s head \u2014 the book is turned to a page about the Hubble Space Telescope. <\/p>\n

While the tot is making one small step in his journey to learning to read, his dad has been busy pioneering space travel<\/a>. In November, a team of four NASA astronauts successfully reached the International Space Station aboard a ship from Musk\u2019s company SpaceX. The flight was a historic venture, marking the second time in a decade astronauts were sent into orbit from American soil. <\/p>\n

It marked a big step for commercial space travel in a number of ways, including the first time a Baby Yoda plush toy ever stowed away on a spacecraft. <\/p>\n

The internet was quick to mock Musk and Grimes\u2019 bizarre name choice for X \u00c6 A-Xii following his May birth, welcoming the couple\u2019s first kid with a deluge of memes. <\/p>\n

The Tesla CEO and pop star have posted few images of the baby, especially by celebrity standards, although Musk, 49, did tweet one<\/a> when announcing his birth.<\/p>\n

The absurdly wealthy couple were forced to change<\/a> the child\u2019s name to its current, similar state after finding that his original title, X \u00c6 A-12, didn\u2019t comply with California law. (Under the state constitution, names cannot use symbols other than the 26 alphabetical characters.) <\/p>\n

\u201cRoman numerals. Looks better tbh,\u201d Grimes wrote of the change.<\/p>\n

While app<\/a>earing to be a series<\/a> of random letters and characters, the name is actually an extremely cerebral and specific acronym, Grimes has explained<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In addition to X \u00c6 A-Xii, Musk has five sons with ex-wife Justine Wilson.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
