The alleged intruder, <strong>Angel Moises Rodriguez-Gomez<\/strong>, was later arrested and charged with two counts of burglary, second-degree assault, stalking and malicious destruction of property.<\/p>\n<p>He was later released on bail, which was an understandably frightening prospect for the victim, <strong>Hannah Viverette<\/strong>. She told the local DC <strong>Fox<\/strong> affiliate:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe only thing law-enforcement has been able to tell me is that a lot of it has to do with not wanting to house him due to COVID. I just really don\u2019t think it\u2019s fair that he\u2019s walking freely right now.
