Jay Electronica\u2019s official debut album, <em>A Written Testimony<\/em>, was released in March 2020 and is still available to stream across platforms.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to <em>Act II<\/em>\u2019s TIDAL release, Jay Electronica <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external-link\" data-event-click='{\"element\":\"ExternalLink\",\"outgoingURL\":\"https:\/\/www.complex.com\/music\/2020\/10\/jay-electronica-act-ii-patents-of-nobility-stream\"}' href=\"https:\/\/www.complex.com\/music\/2020\/10\/jay-electronica-act-ii-patents-of-nobility-stream\">tweeted<\/a>, \u201cplease be patient w us, we are working to clear samples and have this up on Tidal asap. Thank You All.\u201d He also wrote, \u201cI actually tried to block this from coming out, but Allah is the best of planners. Also (I have to say this), thank you to all my day ones who never lost faith.
