It\u2019s all about that enthusiasm for stocks that should make somebody that is bullish call a timeout.\u2019<br \/>\n        <span class=\"r-qt article__inset__pullquote__mark--right\">\u201d<\/span>\n      <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>       That\u2019s Peter Boockvar, chief investment officer at Bleakley Advisory Group, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/trading-nation\/\" class=\"icon none\">talking to CNBC this week<\/a> about what he sees as a stock market teetering at dangerous levels amid the kind of euphoria last seen during the bubbly days of the dot-com boom. <\/p>\n<p> He pointed to the Citi Panic\/Euphoria Model, a contrarian indicator to bolster his bearish case.
