\nGabourey Sidibe<\/strong> isn\u2019t one to put up with nonsense. And after Twista<\/strong> posted a photo on Tuesday comparing her body to another woman \u2014 she fought back, and then received extra support from her fianc\u00e9, Brandon Frankel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

BUT before we get into the deets about what she said, here\u2019s a recap of what happ<\/a>ened (in case any of y\u2019all missed it!). The Overnight Celebrity<\/em> rapper, who hasn\u2019t been on anyone\u2019s radar since 2004, posted a \u201cthis or that\u201d pic on Instagram.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We don\u2019t want to re-share it, but this is how it went. There was an \u201cOption A\u201d printed above the Precious<\/em> star\u2019s picture that read:<\/p>\n

\u201cmake $30 a hour, own house, own car and no kids.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cOption B\u201d was above IG sensation and model Bernice Burgos<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\u201cstaying couch 2 couch, no car, 12k followers on ig, 3 kids 3 beds.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

THEN, if this wasn\u2019t bad enough, the 47-year-old closed the meme with the words:<\/p>\n

\u201cWHO YALL CHOOSING and dont lie.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

What a jerk!<\/p>\n

Even though Twista\u2019s obviously bored with nothing to do during quarantine, that doesn\u2019t make his post any less cringeworthy. Honestly, it immedia<\/a>tely reminded us of that site Hot Or Not<\/strong>, created in 2000, where people had the option of checking who they thought was the hotter person in a series<\/a> of side-by-side pictures.<\/p>\n

Isn\u2019t \u201cthe fastest rapper of all time\u201d a little too OLD to act like this? No wonder we\u2019ve always heard about so much drama whenever he\u2019s in any kind of relationship.<\/p>\n

The This Is Just My Face: Try Not to Stare<\/em>\u00a0author responded to his cruel post with the following:<\/p>\n

\u201cI only like you as a rapper I forgot about in 2005. But good luck with option B.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Plenty of others supported Gabby, defending her in the comments. Her fianc\u00e9 stepped up with one of the funniest responses, presenting Twista with a third option:<\/p>\n

\u201cC YOU NEED A JOB\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Oooh! BUUUURN!<\/p>\n

For Twista\u2019s part, he deleted the post, but proceeded to tell The Shade Room<\/a> <\/em>that it was all some mistake. Yeah, uh-huh, okay. Whatever. During his exclusive interview, he claimed:<\/p>\n

\u201cI was travel<\/a>ing most of the day when I saw the mistake, I immediately had it taken down. I don\u2019t know her directly but my sincere apologies to her.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

And\u2026 how exactly can this be seen as a mistake? He legitimately had to type up those words and pick two women to compare. Sounds like someone simply doesn\u2019t want to take true ownership over something he did wrong.<\/p>\n

The hardest part of hearing all this is that we know what Gabby\u2019s gone through in Hollywood. Just recently, she discussed the way she\u2019s sometimes sent out for parts where the character is described as being an elephant or a hippo. So, really, Twista needs to check himself. There\u2019s too much body shaming happening in this world, especially against women, and the entertainment industry needs to move beyond this.<\/p>\n
