The first season of the series, based on the visual novel <em>Maitetsu<\/em>, started airing on October 2, 2020 on several streaming platforms, including Funimation and Crunchyroll.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Director Hisayoshi Hirasawa and character designer Takayuki Noguchi will be continuing their roles for season two.
