These plaques sequester copper, and contain <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>roximately five times as much as a healthy brain.<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                                                        Two CNRS scientists from the Coordination Chemistry Laboratory recently developed, with their colleagues from the Guangdong University of <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/technology\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"4\" title=\"Technology\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Technology<\/a> and Shenzhen University (China), a molecule that regulates the circulation of copper in the brain. <\/p>\n<p>The molecule extracts the copper trapped in amyloid plaques, and reintroduces it in the brain&#8217;s normal enzymatic circuit (which needs copper to function). Administered orally to an Alzheimer&#8217;s mouse model, this molecule inhibits memory loss among sick mice. <\/p>\n<p>These results, which were published in <i>ACS Chemical Neuro<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/sciencee\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"5\" title=\"Science\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">science<\/a><\/i>, open a new therapeutic avenue that could prove effective in early stages of Alzheimer&#8217;s disease among humans.
