{"id":136017,"date":"2020-12-18T00:30:00","date_gmt":"2020-12-17T21:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.buradabiliyorum.com\/bitcoin-rally-is-just-getting-started-says-mati-greenspan\/"},"modified":"2020-12-18T00:30:00","modified_gmt":"2020-12-17T21:30:00","slug":"bitcoin-rally-is-just-getting-started-says-mati-greenspan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/bitcoin-rally-is-just-getting-started-says-mati-greenspan\/","title":{"rendered":"# Bitcoin rally is &#8216;just getting started&#8217; says Mati Greenspan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;<strong># Bitcoin rally is &#8216;just getting started&#8217; says Mati Greenspan <\/strong>&#8221;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.cointelegraph.com\/images\/840_aHR0cHM6Ly9zMy5jb2ludGVsZWdyYXBoLmNvbS91cGxvYWRzLzIwMjAtMTIvYTMyOWQ2N2EtNjYxZS00N2JjLThhMDAtYTI2NDEyMzMwYjg2LmpwZw==.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"post-content\" data-v-5a136f3a>In a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a>letter released today, the Quantum Economics founder said Bitcoin\u2019s recent rally past $23,000 \u2014 a gain of roughly 29% in a week \u2014 didn\u2019t necessarily mean the market was \u201coverheating\u201d and heading for a crash like the one in December 2017.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn our opinion, things are just getting started,\u201d said Greenspan. \u201cWe probably shouldn&#8217;t be using any old yardsticks when it comes to determining what kinds of percentage gains are possible.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added: <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cShould demand continue to pick up from these levels and supply continue to constrain, there is a distinct possibility that we may see some days of 250% gains, or even more.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Greenspan said there isn\u2019t \u201canyone on the planet who might be able to predict\u201d when Bitcoin (BTC) will turn bearish, if ever, but the price could be \u201cany number between $23,800 and $1 million per coin.\u201d He also didn\u2019t rule out Guggenheim Partners\u2019 Scott Miner\u2019s claim that the crypto asset \u201cshould be worth about $400,000.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow that we&#8217;re past the prior all-time highs, there are no levels left on the chart that might indicate where the price might eventually top out,\u201d said Greenspan. \u201cIt will top out at some point though. You can be sure of that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Other figures in the crypto space, like Binance.US CEO Catherine Coley, also see the current Bitcoin bull run as evidence of sustained growth:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWhen the Fed and other governing agencies across the world are seemingly OK with the effects of inflation on fiat currencies, we\u2019ll continue to see the diversification thesis into BTC surge, with price breaking through key technical levels.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The price of Bitcoin is $22,863 at the time of publication, having risen 9.8% in the last 24 hours.<\/p>\n<p><template data-name=\"subscription_form\" data-type=\"markets_outlook\"><\/template><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
