The Flight Attendant<\/em><\/strong> season 2 is cleared for takeoff by HBO Max. The Kaley Cuoco<\/strong> show has been a big hit for the streaming service, so it makes sense that they want more. In the first season \u2013 which just wrapp<\/a>ed \u2013\u00a0Cuoco played a flight attendant who wakes up in a hotel and finds a dead man in her bed. The show is based on the book of the same name by author\u00a0Chris Bohjalian.<\/p>\n

\nI still don\u2019t have HBO Max, so I haven\u2019t watched\u00a0The Flight Attendant<\/em>. But I\u2019ve seen plenty of people buzzing about it, and now it\u2019s getting a second season. According to HBO Max, the series<\/a> \u201csaw week over week growth and ranked as HBO Max\u2019s #1 series overall during its run,\u201d so of course, they want more. The series \u201cis a story of how an entire life can change in one night.\u201d In season 1, flight attendant Cassie (Kaley Cuoco) \u201cwakes up in the wrong hotel, in the wrong bed, with a dead man \u2013 and no idea what happened.\u201d The show is based on the 2018\u00a0novel of the same name\u00a0by\u00a0Chris Bohjalian and\u00a0also starred Michiel Huisman<\/strong>, Rosie Perez<\/strong>, Zosia Mamet<\/strong>, Michelle Gomez<\/strong>, T.R. Knight<\/strong>, Colin Woodell<\/strong>, Merle Dandridge<\/strong>, Griffin Matthews<\/strong>, and Nolan Gerard Funk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Season 1 wrapped up its mystery, and season 2 \u201cwill feature Cassie in a new adventure,\u201d whatever that means. Perhaps she wakes up next to yet another dead man, and then she looks directly into the camera and says, \u201cUh-oh, not again!\u201d And then there\u2019s a really rockin\u2019 guitar riff on the soundtrack. HBO Max, hire me if you want more ideas like this.<\/p>\n
