“#Postponed My Hero Academia Stage Play Set to Return in 2021<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

At the Nelke Planning Channel in the ongoing Jump Festa 2021 Online, its was announced that "My Hero Academia The 'Ultra' Stage Honmono no Hero: PLUS ULTRA ver."<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span> is newly set to be performed in 2021. A teaser visual featuring the silhouettes of Izuku "Deku" Midoriya, Katuski Bakugo, and All Might with the intersection in the background is also posted.<\/p>\n

Following the successful sold-out first show of the stage play, "My Hero Academia The 'Ultra' Stage"<\/strong> in the spring of 2019, the second show "My Hero Academia The 'Ultra' Stage Honmono no Hero"<\/strong> was originally scheduled to be performed in Tokyo and Osaka from March 6 to April 5, 2020, However, most of the performances were canceled due to the spread of COVID-19 throughout Japan.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Then, the second show was set to return as "PLUS ULTRA ver."<\/strong> at Tokyo Dome City Hall in Tokyo from July 17 to 26, 2020. Unfortunately, one of the staff members was found to be infected with the COVID-19 on July 1. As a result, the organizers decided to hold all of the scheduled 14 shows without the audience and to live-stream them on the web instead. In the end, after finding two more positive COVID-19 patients, even all of the no-audience streaming was canceled.  <\/p>\n

All of the cast members are set to return for the performances in 2021.<\/p>\n
