“#Death Note Team's Latest Work Platinum End Gets TV Anime<\/a> Adaptation in Fall 2021<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

Platinum End<\/strong><\/em>, the latest manga work from the team of Tsugumi Ohba<\/strong> (original story) and Takeshi Obata<\/strong> (manga), who created DEATH NOTE<\/strong><\/em> and Bakuman.<\/em><\/strong>, will be adapting into a TV anime<\/span><\/a> on TBS in the fall of 2021. The dark fantasy manga has been serialized in Shueisha's Jump Square since November 2015 and has printed more than 4.5 million copies worldwide.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Hideya Takahashi<\/strong> (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind<\/em><\/span><\/a>) serves as the director, alongside the anime character designer Kouji Ohya<\/strong> (No Game No Life<\/em><\/span><\/a>) and the series<\/a> composition writer Shinichi Inozume<\/strong> (PERSONA5 the Animation<\/em><\/span><\/a>). Signal-MD<\/strong> (Recovery of an MMO Junkie<\/em><\/span><\/a>) works on anime production.<\/p>\n

Along with the announcement, a teaser visual featuring the protagonist Mirai Kakehashi and the angel Nasse has been released. Mirai is holding a red arrow in the middle of the crowd and Nasse shines divinely, which create a sense of "foreignness in everyday life."<\/p>\n
