\n Twitter took action against another tweet from President Trump Tuesday \u2014 this time for warning that protesters trying to establish a cop-free zone in Washington, DC would be met with \u201cserious force.\u201d<\/p>\n

The move comes after the social media giant began policing and censoring its most prolific user earlier this year, garnering backlash from both the president and free speech advocates.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere will never be an \u2018Autonomous Zone\u2019 in Washington, D.C., as long as I\u2019m your President. If they try they will be met with serious force!,\u201d Trump\u00a0wrote on Twitter.<\/p>\n

The flag app<\/a>lied by Twitter Tuesday claims the president\u2019s remarks violate the social media giant\u2019s rules about \u201cabusive behavior\u201d \u2014 the third such move by the platform in recent months.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve placed a public interest notice on this Tweet for violating our policy against abusive behavior, specifically, the presence of a threat of harm against an identifiable group,\u201d wrote Twitter, explaining the decision.<\/p>\n

The tweet is still available on Trump\u2019s feed but is obstructed by the warning and prevented from being liked or retweeted.<\/p>\n

Last month, Twitter flagged one of Trump\u2019s tweets with a public interest notice \u2014 claiming his statement, \u201cWhen the looting starts, the shooting starts\u201d violated its policies pertaining to \u201cthe glorification of violence.\u201d<\/p>\n

The social media giant also previously labeled missives from Trump about mail-in ballots as promoting misinformation and removed a video posted to one of his reelection accounts for infringing copyright.<\/p>\n

The moves have infuriated the White House, with Trump signing an executive order weakening liability protections for social media companies.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
