Scott Disick<\/strong> and\u00a0Amelia Gray Hamlin<\/strong> recently \u201ctoured several spectacular homes currently listed for sale in Los Angeles,\u201d according to a new report out in People<\/em>. Wait, so, does this mean the 37-year-old reality star is already house hunting with his 19-year-old girlfriend whom he only started dating a couple months ago?! What on earth??<\/p>\n

Well, it may not be\u00a0quite<\/em> like that. According to a source, Disick considers himself something of a \u201creal estate connoisseur.\u201d The Keeping Up with the Kardashians<\/em> star had been set to visit a bunch of high-end properties around El Lay while \u201clooking for his next buying opportunity.\u201d Hmmm\u2026<\/p>\n

Lord Disick enlisted his real estate agent Tomer Fridman<\/strong> to show him the best of the best, and\u00a0Lisa Rinna<\/strong>\u2018s daughter app<\/a>arently came along for the ride, thereby catching the attention of those in the know. Then again, as the insider noted, it\u2019s unclear exactly what<\/em> Scott wants to use his next property for \u2014 maybe another flip for\u00a0Flip It Like Disick<\/em>?! Or a crash pad for him and his new gal pal?? Just wondering!!<\/p>\n

Speaking of Scott\u2019s real estate-themed reality show, fans will recall that house hunting is kind of a common date activity for the father of three. Recall a September 2019 episode of the house-flipping show where he and then-girlfriend\u00a0Sofia Richie<\/strong> toured a $20 million home in Malibu, and he joked it was private enough to \u201cwalk around naked all day\u201d and \u201cmake my own nudist colony\u201d on the grounds. Sooo perhaps this home search with Amelia is just foreplay, or something? Not our idea of an exciting date but, hey, to each their own!<\/p>\n

Regardless, this time around Disick went for the biggest and best:\u00a0People<\/em> reports he and Hamlin toured \u201cat least three properties\u201d together,\u00a0all<\/em> with asking prices over $65 million. WHAT?! We knew\u00a0Kourtney Kardashian<\/strong>\u2018s baby daddy had some money, but does he roll\u00a0that<\/em> deep?! DAYUM!!!!!<\/p>\n

OK, yes, that is kind of a turn-on\u2026<\/p>\n

Guess we\u2019ll wait and see whether Scott pulls the trigger and doles out the big bucks for any of these estates. In the meantime, though, the important stuff (well, at least for us!) remains: he\u2019s still spending a lot of time with the teenage model!\u00a0 Call it whatever you want to call it, but it\u2019s clear these two have a serious connection.<\/p>\n
