\u200bThe ex-wife of Georgia Senate candidate Rev. Raphael Warnock told police he deliberately ran over her foot during a March 2020 domestic dispute, and that her ex-husband is a \u201cgreat actor,\u201d according to a report.<\/p>\n

Ouleye Ndoye told Atlanta police that Warnock ran over her foot during a dispute, \u201cand all he cares about right now is his reputation\u201d because of his Senate run, according to body cam footage<\/a> aired on Fox News<\/a>\u2019 \u201cTucker Carlson Tonight\u201d Tuesday.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve tried to keep the way that he acts under wraps for a long time, and today he crossed the line. So that is what is going on here. And he\u2019s a great actor. He is phenomenal at putting on a really good show,\u201d a tearful Ndoye told police.<\/p>\n

Warnock was not charged, and police in a report obtained by the Atlanta Journal Constitution said that medical officials didn\u2019t find any signs of visible injury to his wife\u2019s foot.<\/p>\n

The video was aired exactly two weeks before the Jan. 5 runoff election in Georgia, in which Warnock is challenging incumbent Republican Sen. Kelly Loeffler \u2013 one of two races in the Peach State that will determine who controls the chamber next year.<\/p>\n

The footage shows the senior pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta telling police that his estranged wife called the officers and alleged that he ran over her foot as he tried to drive away in his car.<\/p>\n

The two were involved in divorce negotiations at the time. They have since been finalized.<\/p>\n

\u201cDid you run over her foot?\u201d the officer asked.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think so,\u201d Warnock replied, \u201cI do not think so.\u201d<\/p>\n

The two, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, had been arguing over whether Warnock would allow her to app<\/a>ly for passports so she could take their two children to her grandfather\u2019s funeral in West Africa.<\/p>\n

Warnock told the officers that as he tried to pull out, his wife stopped him from closing the car\u2019s rear passenger door.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t want to get into a shoving match with her. So I go back around, get back in the car, and I slowly start to move, like I\u2019m going to move forward. Then she claims I ran over her foot,\u201d Warnock said.<\/p>\n

The officers then turn to Ndoye who tells them that Warnock refused to talk to her.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s like, \u2018Ouleye, close the door. I\u2019m leaving,\u2019\u201d his wife said, choking back tears. \u201cAnd I was like, \u2018just hear me out. If your mom died, and I had the kids. Wouldn\u2019t you want me to let them go with you to the funeral?\u2019 And he just starts backing the car up. He wasn\u2019t going fast, I\u2019m not bleeding. But I just can\u2019t believe he\u2019d run me over.\u201d<\/p>\n

She said she thought he deliberately ran over her foot.<\/p>\n

\u201cObviously. I was standing here. The door was open and I\u2019m leaning into the car. How can you drive the car when I\u2019m leaning into it?,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis man\u2019s running for United States Senate, and all he cares about right now is his reputation,\u201d she says to the officer. \u201cI\u2019ve been very quiet about the way that he is for the sake of my kids and his reputation.\u201d \u00a0<\/p>\n

Warnock scoffed at her account.<\/p>\n

\u201cI barely move, and all of a sudden she\u2019s screaming that I ran over her foot. I don\u2019t believe it,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Loeffler, in a statement<\/a> to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, said the footage was \u201cdeeply troubling.\u201d <\/p>\n

Warnock spokesman Michael Brewer called it a \u201cdesperate and shameful\u201d attempt by Loeffler to discredit her challenger in the high-stakes race.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
