That gives <em>Blockchain at Berkley<\/em> a vote weight of 2.336%. Its partners include Ethereum, Universal Protocol and Hyperledger. <\/p>\n<p>On Dec. 23, <em>Blockchain at Berkley<\/em> voted in favor of Uniswap Grants Program v0.1, which outlines a framework for funding ecosystem development. A total of 60,088,813 votes were cast in favor of the program versus 9,300 cast against. The proposal is queued at the time of writing. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2020-12\/c03f845f-9f09-4313-9f57-a601a02a8b72.png\"><figcaption style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Uniswap proposal 3 vote results via Uniswap<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Uniswap\u2019s first governance vote in October ended in failure after the delegates were unable to meet the minimum 40-million-vote threshold needed for <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>roval. A second vote cast on Oct. 31 was <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/app.uniswap.org\/#\/vote\/2\">defeated<\/a> for a similar reason. <em>Blockchain at Berkley<\/em> didn\u2019t participate in either of the two votes.<\/p>\n<p>Uniswap has emerged as the largest decentralized exchange, though its governance has drawn scrutiny. Industry observers have commonly\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/coinmarketcap.com\/headlines\/news\/uniswap-governance-vote-raises-centralization-questions\/\">complained<\/a> about UNI whales, who they view as controlling the ecosystem.
