According to court documents viewed by Pitchfork, the lawsuit, including all claims and counterclaims, is \u201chereby dismissed in its entirety with prejudice against all parties.\u201d The documents, which were filed December 24 in New York\u2019s Southern District Court, go on to state that \u201cthe parties have further agreed that all parties to this action shall bear their own costs and attorney\u2019s fees.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In April of 2018, Raphael (who is listed as a co-writer on \u201cBodak Yellow\u201d) sued Cardi for $10 million, claiming that he had been \u201cfrozen\u201d out of her career.
