A Long Island woman vanished with her 2-year-old daughter after saying the two of them were going to a doctor\u2019s appointment, police said Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Kristen Moore, 41, and her baby, Alyssa Scott-Moore, left their home in Dix Hills at around 4:30 p.m. on Monday \u2014 and never returned, Suffolk County Police said in a news<\/a> release.<\/p>\n

The mom, who may be driving a gray pickup truck, said that she and the toddler were going to a doctor\u2019s appointment, according to cops.<\/p>\n

She has previously lived in Bay Shore and has family in Ohio.<\/p>\n

Police couldn\u2019t immedia<\/a>tely provide more information.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
