\n The UFC is investigating one of its cutmen regarding patches he wore during a match on Saturday night that represent the controversial group QAnon.<\/p>\n

QAnon is an online group known for espousing conspiracy theories and the cutman, Don House, admitted he was aware of the patch\u2019s meaning, according to MMAFighting.com.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll the conspiracy, all the stuff they say about the group, I\u2019ve got nothing to do with that,\u201d House told MMA Fighting on Tuesday. \u201cI just like the message: Where we go one, we go all.\u201d<\/p>\n

The FBI declared the group a domestic terrorist threat last year.<\/p>\n

When notified of the connection between House and QAnon, the UFC disavowed any link to the group and in a statement sent to MMAFighting.com said it was investigating the matter.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis was a violation of our staff event outfitting policy,\u2019\u2019 the statement said.<\/p>\n

House told the site he knew he had to receive permission from the UFC to wear the patch and didn\u2019t do so.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf I\u2019d known I\u2019d get this much flack, I would have never worn the thing, to be honest with you,\u2019\u2019 House said. \u201cPeople\u2019s belief is their personal belief. That was mine. I was just showing that I really love the message, especially in this day and time with all the crap that\u2019s going on.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t the first time the UFC has had to deal with a QAnon issue, as earlier this month, the group\u2019s flag was seen on top of the Jackson-Wink Academy in Albuquerque, N.M., where several fighters train. The gym removed the flag and also disavowed any relationship with the group.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
