Miya Ponsetto, the woman the NYPD is seeking for allegedly falsely accusing the teen son of jazz trumpeter Keyon Harrold of stealing her missing iPhone has been found by the Post \u2014 and she\u2019s not only defensive, but app<\/a>arently hungry, too. <\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know what the problem is here,\u201d the 22-year-old tells our lensman during a fast-food run near her mother\u2019s home in Piru, California, on Friday. <\/p>\n

Exclusive video shows the 22-year-old walking out of a McDonald\u2019s and into the parking lot, dressed in all black and wearing a face shield while carrying a drink and a bag of food. <\/p>\n

Asked if she had any regrets about the incident, she replies on camera, \u201cI\u2019m good, thank you. Have a very good day. Take care of yourself.\u201d <\/p>\n

The photographer then asks Ponsetto if she had any concerns about the NYPD\u2019s warrant for her arrest. She brushes off the question, instead declaring her age and ethnicity.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m actually 22 so I don\u2019t know what the problem is here,\u201d she says. \u201cAnd I\u2019m also Puerto Rican so thank you. Take care of yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n

She has previously described herself <\/a>as a mix of Italian, Puerto Rican, Greek and Vietnamese.<\/p>\n

Ponsetto was identified by NYPD sources as the woman who allegedly lunged at 14-year-old Keyon Harrold Jr., accusing him of swiping her iPhone at the Arlo Hotel in Soho.<\/p>\n

The shocking encounter was caught on video and posted on social media<\/a> by the teen\u2019s father on Sunday. <\/p>\n

\u201cI am furious!!! We see this crap happening all the time, but it hits different when it hits home!!!,\u201d Harrold, who is black,\u00a0wrote in the caption<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Ponsetto, who had previously been arrested twice for public intoxication and DUI, now faces assault, grand larceny and attempted robbery charges.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
