Jaguars (+14) over COLTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Indianapolis needs to win (and get help) to make the playoffs, but I\u2019m on the Jaguars plus the points \u2014 and not just because it\u2019s a ton of points. For starters, the Colts just need to win, period, the margin doesn\u2019t matter that much to them. But don\u2019t forget that the Jaguars\u2019 lone win was the huge Week 1 upset, so we know they have the talent to match up with the Colts again. In addition, I believe NFL teams show up every week to win and don\u2019t put much stock in \u201ctanking,\u201d but even if you do, you have to admit the Jags have no reason to tank anymore with the rights to Trevor Lawrence wrapped up and the current players auditioning to be part of the new era.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Falcons (+6.5) over BUCCANEERS<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cTompa Bay\u201d has clinched a wild-card berth, but the Buccaneers still want to stay as the No. 5 seed so they get to visit the sub-.500 NFC Least champ in the first round. However, I\u2019m on the Falcons here, just like last week when they covered against the Chiefs and almost beat them. And don\u2019t forget they nearly upset these same Buccaneers two weeks ago before covering in a 31-27 loss. We\u2019re not asking the Falcons to win outright, just cover again.\u00a0<\/p>\n
