Ackquille Pollard) will be eligible for release from prison next month, the New York State Department of Corrections told the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external-link\" data-event-click='{\"element\":\"ExternalLink\",\"outgoingURL\":\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2021\/01\/04\/arts\/music\/bobby-shmurda-parole.html\"}' href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2021\/01\/04\/arts\/music\/bobby-shmurda-parole.html\"><em>New York Times<\/em><\/a>. The Brooklyn r<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>er had been denied parole in September 2020, but a review by the New York State Department of Corrections restored his credit for good behavior. He will be eligible for conditional release as of February 23 to serve the remainder of his sentence\u2014set to end in December\u2014on parole.<\/p>\n<p>Shmurda and his co-defendants Chad \u201cRowdy Rebel\u201d\u00a0Marshall and Nicholas McCoy initially pleaded guilty to conspiracy and weapons charges in September 2016 in a deal that required each man\u2019s participation; Shmurda accepted a seven-year prison sentence. In 2017 he pleaded guilty to\u00a0promoting prison contraband and was sentenced to four years, served concurrently.
