A 25-year-old counselor was fatally attacked by seven youths at the Los Angeles facility he worked at on Saturday night, authorities said.<\/p>\n

David Mcknight-Hillman was beaten after trying to break up a fight at Wayfinder Family Services, a non-profit organization that provides residential therapeutic services to youths, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff\u2019s Department.<\/p>\n

Mcknight-Hillman, who provided daily care to the residents, app<\/a>eared to sustain blunt force trauma and died at a nearby hospital, the sheriff\u2019s department said in a Monday news<\/a> release.<\/p>\n

Six of the suspects have been arrested, including two 18-year-olds charged with murder, the department said.<\/p>\n

Four youths were booked at a juvenile hall. One of the juvenile suspects remained on the loose as of early Tuesday, authorities said.<\/p>\n

The sheriff\u2019s department said the case will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney\u2019s Office on Tuesday.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
