Akiba\u2019s Trip: Hellbound & Debriefed<\/em>, the June 2019-announced remaster of the original Akiba\u2019s Trip<\/em> released for PSP in 2012 in Japan, will launch for PlayStation 4 and Switch as Akiba\u2019s Trip: First Memory<\/em> on May 20 in Japan, retail listings at Yodoashi (PS4<\/a>, Switch<\/a>) reveal. <\/span><\/p>\n

The remastered version of the \u201cstrip action RPG\u201d was initially announced for PlayStation 4 and PC by western publisher XSEED Game<\/a>s. This is the first confirmation of a Switch version.<\/p>\n

First-print copies of Akiba\u2019s Trip: Hellbound & Debriefed<\/em> in Japan include a bonus clear sticker. An 8,778 yen \u201c10th Anniversary Edition\u201d will also be available, which includes the 40-page full color visual book \u201cAkiba\u2019s<\/em> 10 Years of Memory,\u201d a reprint of the 132-page unbranded gameplay guide \u201cAkiba\u2019s Trip<\/em> Official Complete Guide,\u201d and the two-disc soundtrack \u201cAkiba\u2019s Trip<\/em> 1st Complete Soundtracks.\u201d<\/p>\n

It is currently unknown whether a standard physical edition of the game will be available in Japan, as Yodobashi only lists the 10th Anniversary Edition.<\/p>\n
