Gallo Winery completed its $810 million purchase of about 30 wine labels from Constellation Brands Inc. <\/p>\n<p> The deal, first announced in April 2019, was originally valued at $1.7 billion, but antitrust concerns by the Federal Trade Commission spurred a slimmed-down deal.<\/p>\n<div class=\"paywall\">\n       Constellation<br \/>\n        STZ,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/207737284\/composite\" class=\"positive\">+0.07%<\/bg-quote><span>,<\/span><br \/>\n       the third-largest wine producer in the U.S., essentially offloaded its lower-priced brands \u2014 primarily priced at $11 or below \u2014 so it could focus on its more premium labels.
