<\/div>\n\n                            <div>\n                    Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter joined San Dimas High School\u2019s virtual graduation ceremony on Tuesday to deliver a totally bodacious message to the class of 2020.\n<\/code><\/pre>\n
Reeves and Winter starred in the 1989 film \u201cBill & Ted\u2019s Excellent Adventure,\u201d which takes place in San Dimas, Calif., with Bill and Ted attending the high school. The cult classic centers on a history project Bill and Ted must complete for school, but their world is turned upside-down when they find a time machine and use it to interact firsthand with some of history\u2019s biggest names.<\/p>\n
Before the graduating seniors\u2019 names were read, Reeves and Winter appeared with a video message for the San Dimas students. Reeves sported a \u201cBe Excellent to Each Other\u201d t-shirt, referring to a quote from \u201cBill & Ted,\u201d and the two introduced themselves as the \u201cWyld Stallyns,\u201d the name of Bill and Ted\u2019s band in the film. They then offered words of encouragement to the graduating class.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe know that it\u2019s a tough time right now and you\u2019re having to do this virtual graduation,\u201d Winter said. \u201cWe want to wish you the best of luck moving forward.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cCongratulations to the graduating class of 2020. Well done,\u201d Reeves added.<\/p>\n
Reeves and Winter couldn\u2019t resist adding in a few more nods to \u201cBill & Ted.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cSan Dimas High School football does rule,\u201d Winter said, again referencing a famous line from the film. \u201cBut most importantly, we wanted to tell you to be excellent to each other.\u201d<\/p>\n
Reeves then ended the video message with, \u201cAnd party on!\u201d<\/p>\n
Reeves and Winter both starred in the movie\u2019s 1991 sequel, \u201cBill & Ted\u2019s Bogus Journey\u201d and started production for the third installment, \u201cBill & Ted Face the Music,\u201d in June 2019.<\/p>\n
