Punky Brewster<\/i> is coming soon to Peacock. The streaming service has set an arrival date for the revival series, and viewers will be able to see all 10 episodes on its premiere date in February. The revival brings back Soleil Moon Frye and Cherie Johnson, who are reprising their roles from the original series. The new series will follow single mom Punky as she finds a foster kid that reminds her of herself at that age.<\/p>\n

Peacock revealed more about Punky Brewster<\/i> revival in a press release.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe new and highly-anticipated PUNKY BREWSTER<\/i> series will premiere on Peacock on Thursday, February 25<\/b>. All ten episodes will drop at once.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 In this continuation of the iconic 80s sitcom about a bright young girl raised by a foster dad, Punky is now a single mother of three trying to get her life back on track when she meets Izzy, a young girl in the foster system who reminds Punky a lot of her younger self.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Soleil Moon Frye (Punky) and Cherie Johnson (Cherie) will reprise their original roles. The series also stars Freddie Prinze Jr. (Travis, Punky\u2019s ex-husband), Quinn Copeland (Izzy), Noah Cottrell (Diego), Oliver De Los Santos (Daniel), and Lauren Lindsey Donzis (Hannah).\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
